Poor app barely functions
For the life of me I can’t figure out how to log in so I always show as a guest. Works ok if it recognises your booking ref. Links to web pages are broken. I’ve used this for a few years now and updates have failed to address even the most obvious failings. This app has clearly designed by someone for whom “just about functioning” is the pinnacle of their ambition.
The latest KQ website breaks the multi city search
Multi city search no longer working. It comes up with some error about R class for economy and then converts the entire multi city route into business premier class. Please fix this as soon as possible. All other airlines let you input your multi city route and if a particular class is not available then for that particular leg, you should be able to choose a different class not have your entire booking changed to a higher class.
Please get the basics right!
App is okay l, but why can’t it remember any of my information and every time I fly I have to enter in all my details again. I fly almost weekly so this is definitely frustrating. Integration to pass book is helpful however
