Keto

e have solid evidence showing that a ketogenic diet reduces seizures in children, sometimes as effectively as medication. Because of these neuroprotective effects, questions have been raised about the possible benefits for other brain disorders such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, autism, and even brain cancer. However, there are no human studies to support recommending ketosis to treat these conditions.

Weight loss is the primary reason my patients use the ketogenic diet. Previous research shows good evidence of a faster weight loss when patients go on a ketogenic or very low carbohydrate diet compared to participants on a more traditional low-fat diet, or even a Mediterranean diet. However, that difference in weight loss seems to disappear over time.

A ketogenic diet also has been shown to improve blood sugar control for patients with type 2 diabetes, at least in the short term. There is even more controversy when we consider the effect on cholesterol levels. A few studies show some patients have increase in cholesterol levels in the beginning, only to see cholesterol fall a few months later. However, there is no long-term research analyzing its effects over time on diabetes and high cholesterol.

I Recommended, so easy to track and keep your information. very easy and I like a lot. There are lots of recipes to try because otherwise would be boring with no bread pasta potatoes rice etc.
Hopefully I will lose weight soon.
keep track of lots of exercise types includes stuffs you do normal, like working or walking the dogs, and gardening too.
Also it has lots of foods including the brands where you can scan the barcode of the product you have to make it easier to find.
Keto manager app was recommended to me by my boyfriend and it works good for him too. I am not sure what else to say, I hope after some time I will add some more information as I continue to use it.

Keto manager

Just starting using this app and loving it so far. Seems easy and simple to use and track your daily food and activity. I love that it has the barcode feature makes counting calories so much easier. The app has helped me stay motivated and committed to staying healthy and to make the right diet options when it comes to making meals. I also love that it has the water tracker which has made me drink more and become more competitive when it comes to hitting my daily goals. Over all it has helped me stay disciplined with my diet and weight loss. Would recommend. I also have it connected to my Fitbit so counts all my daily progress.
