KFphysique is an extremely extensive and detailed yet simple app to use. If you have injuries, require rehab or are in need of workout plans then this is a great app for all of the Above. It’s is clear that the designer of this app has taken a lot of thought and preparation into understanding the needs of a wide range of people who may use an application such as KF physique. I have personally been using it for my workouts and to gain a greater understanding of human anatomy.
Impressive
Very impressed by how precise this app is depending or your exact needs, whether you had an injury, you want to lose weight or you want to train a specific muscle. It gives a true sense of the anatomy whilst working out, which is a big plus compared to any app, combining the theory and the practice.
