I’ve not used conventional chemical contraception for 6-7 years now & have been using Kindara to avoid pregnancy. I felt supported by the app & empowered during this time & had no problems. I felt reassured that I was ovulating normally (I’m in my 30’s & had been poisoning myself with chemical contraception since 14/15) I started actively trying for a baby properly this month & have just done a positive test. I know this sounds like a review from someone associated with the makes of the app but I assure you, I live in England not Cali & I’m just a normal person. I can’t thank Kindara enough for helping me take control of my fertility, sanity & health (please research how bad contraceptives can be, a friend from work literally died this summer from contraception complications (blood clots on the lungs, 36yrs 2 young daughters). Take control of your body & hormonal balance. You will never look back.

This app makes fertility charting easy. The Knowledge Base sections are invaluable and have taught me loads. I use it with the Wink thermometer and I've been impressed with that gadget too. I’ve been using it for two years - first to avoid pregnancy which worked really well, and then to time things right in order to achieve pregnancy! I have learned so much about my own body and become really tuned into its signs and signals. There are increasing amounts of fertility apps out there but I love the ethos of this company and their commitment to empowering women with knowledge and information.

I’ve conceived both times with the help of this app. It’s so accurate with estimating ovulation and fertile days. My expected period days are always accurate as well. Thank you for supporting my reproductive health in such an easy way. For years I've struggled with the pain associated with periods and now I'm in the process of trying to conceive. This app helps calculate when I'm due on so I can take my medication in time (day before normally). It's also figured out ovulation estimates so I don't waste money on loads of OPKs testing ovulation date. Just a few around the time the app says. Accurate for over 4 years now. You also helped me solve the glitch that occurred with my wink thermometer when asked! The community experience is a lovely place for support during hard times xxx

This tool has been great for tracking my cycle. I didn’t bother with temperature, food, mood, mucus - any of that (am lazy) but it’s all there if that’s your jam. When we decided to get serious, we bought ovulation tests and fell pregnant within a few months of accurate timing. The app was really handy in knowing that I was late and getting the pregnancy test done quickly. I stayed away from the community section, lots of lovely supportive people but everyone talks in cringey acronyms and it’s a typical social media pit of the unqualified giving their opinions about biology - but again, if that’s your thing, whatever helps you. Will use again for tracking and if we want another.
