Enjoyable but can be annoying
First thing is that this game has a good story and I love how he character bonds with other characters. HOWEVER I don’t like that there is a point in which if u pay for something even if your just started playing you can become just as powerful as longer playing gamer which is naturally pretty unfair. Plus the 7 star is hard to do as i can’t get high enough in ranking no matter what I do to get the gold ticket even once... I think u need patience but I think the story is worth the time just not the actual game play
A game unworthy of the Kingdom Hearts title.
Kingdom Hearts is one of my favourite franchises, but this game mostly plays on peoples love for the series to induce them to spend vast amounts of money to collect meaningless medals.
The game offers very little in terms of story, strategy or variety of gameplay. The amount of original content the game produces is very lacklustre and uninspiring.
The game is in a perpetual cycle of the same weekly events and ends the month with a points ranking system to obtain average rewards.
The only part of the game that is updated regularly is the summoning pull... So it's easy to conclude that the game development team have decided to use this game to draw as much money as possible.
You should be prepared to spend £150 a week if you want a chance to get most of the medals, but for the rarest most powerful medals expect to pay upwards of £500 for a decent chance to obtain one since they are almost never guaranteed and the unpublished rates are much less than 1% at the best of times. Also the power creep in the game is beyond ridiculous... Even if you spent vast amounts of money to acquire the very strongest medals in the game now, in 2 months time most of your medals will be surpassed and completely outclassed in 6 months.
fun game but unfair balance between p2p and f2p as well as long time players and newcomers
Fun gameplay but ruined by severe gap between p2p and f2p, could be made better by providing better banners for both (ex: 5 mercy for p2p/ 10 mercy for f2p) and by providing either more ways to earn jewels either by quests or minigames or by having more time between each banner as it can be very frustrating for those who like to complete collections. Additionally the UI could use a little tweaking and updating to make the process more seamless (ex: raid quests not defaulting back to main quests in between rounds). Finally a huge problem lies in price as prices are not adjusted for each country properly (ex: a US player pays $15 for the same reward as a UK player who pays £15, meaning the UK player is paying more than the US player for the same rewards which is an unacceptable business practice in my opinion).
In conclusion: don’t download this game unless you are a very avid fan of the kh series and wish to play through the story at your own pace (which takes a while as story quests can be 100’s of quests apart) OR if you have far to much money at your disposal.
