Love the game but …

I’m addictive to this game I haven’t stop playing for few days now but the one thing I having problem is how can I tell if I get a female child or male one it confusing if it was me I would have a icon showing it gender or name is different colour like blue or pinky type I understand if this never gets read or anything but I just wanted to point that out

But regardless grate game so good I recommend this to everyone who is looking for a good game

Developer Response ,

Hi there dark raven 0-0! We appreciate the recommendation and we're really happy knowing that you've been having fun with the game. About the gender of an infant baby, there are a couple of ways this can be determined: the color of the cloth they're wrapped in and if they have a hair tie. A female infant noble has a pink hair tie and pink cloth while a male noble has no hair tie and a light blue cloth. If you have any additional questions about the game, please don't hesitate to contact us at kingdom-maker-support@scopely.com.

So much potential to be a great game

I’ve been playing this game for over 6 months, when I started out there was certainly a strong pay to win focus, however over the time I’ve been playing the devs have reduced the payout from event completions in favour of forcing players to buy progress. There is no real substantial benefit to activity and the developers are getting progressively more and more greedy. The game has just tackily added in dragons during a period I have been unable to play and it has completely changed the dynamic of the game. I’ve requested a refund on previous purchases as a result of this drastic change to the gameplay but they are typically unwilling to part with their hoarded treasures. I’ve heard from other players that this game used to be the best and the devs were actually here for the love of it. It was still pretty good when I started playing however now, I recommend you avoid this game, the devs are only here for money now and don’t care that they are making the game worse with every update.

This was once the best of the best

When this game was in its infancy, it was remarkable, a true test of wits, clan cooperation and coordination, deep layers of gameplay, immensely enjoyable, evoking the greatest of emotions from players. Medieval greatness, pvp battles to gain valuable resources (wood, stone and silver!), plenty to do solo, daily challenges, upgrading and enhancing nobles, armies, keep, champions…brilliant. (Oh how we miss lancers and balistas)

Then…Something happened after an update sometime ago; the game slowly removed the need to attack other players, monsters and fantasy moved in, daily challenges became a monotonous job, a bore. A once great medieval pvp game became a pve FarmVille wretch, where players attacking other players was only for spite, not for resources or gain.

Maybe Scopely are gaining more money with this pve version, I don’t know, but as a game experience it’s such a shame it changed from what was once the best mobile game I think ever existed. We miss you original KM!
