We are really looking forward to seeing the access improvements for our trainers and gym users. No more doorbell use or waiting out in the rain to get in!

Rubbish app & rubbish system

Invested in the Kisi system a number of years ago & what a complete mistake.
The App is extremely unreliable and never works properly, in fact it’s on the rare occasion it does work. Bluetooth and location services must be kept on 24/7 resulting in severe battery drain, or alternatively the app constantly thinks it’s out of range of the receiver, which isn’t the case.
There’s no legitimate reason why Kisi can’t adopt Apple wallet like others are doing, instead we’re stuck with primitive technology that doesn’t work.

The Grand Waster ,

Initial issue with bluetooth, now working

install screen can be inadvertently closed before it asks for permissions (looks like a pop up, don’t close it!) and then you don’t get bluetooth or location services. Reinstalled and then worked fine.
