Ratings and Reviews
Still missing key features
On key features the app does well but there's a few that kiwibank don't have (ie No notifications based on money moving in our out of accounts etc.)
Also eight years have gone by since Apple pay was invented - will Kiwibank ever catch up to the modern world, it won't go away Kiwibank, why not give your customers what the other banks do?

Synching issue
Was a good app but since the last upgrade it seems to only work on one device. Tells me to reset a password on the phone then I can’t log in on the iPad, end up getting locked out again and having to reset on the other device. 4 times this morning. Now deleted so just on on the phone but that’s not easy when I’m doing more than a quick transaction. Needs some number 8 wire.

Won't install
Tried several times. Won't install on 4s. Now app unusable- great!
