Can’t get the app to work 😬

I have signed up but couldn’t login in so put in a request to changed my password but haven’t received an email from you. I’ve checked my junk mail too and it’s not in there. Sent a request through the FB add but no response. I’ve given you 5 * in the hope that this will be sorted out quickly.

Too many add on to purchase even after the subscription

So decided to subscribe thinking the monthly cost would include all the things you need? Wrong they are another 4/5 things you need to buy if you want to lose weight according to them. Beware even if after 4 minutes you ask to cancel and get your money back (you don’t get shown the extra not included until after you paid) you don’t get anywhere with this app and their customer service! So it feel like a big rip off! No transparency and you got to pay first before they inform you all the rest not included! Beware

Confused by 1 star reviews

Downloaded this today and am already impressed. Yes I have to admit it’s probably not the cheapest option out there but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. The app looks beautiful and is so easy to use, I don’t understand why people are saying there’s nothing on the app, I’ve found loads to look at, and the recipes are fantastic, very simple and easy to get ingredients. I’m not able to connect a device to the app but that’s because I have a Freestyle Libre 2 glucose monitor, but it’s simple to input the data you want to monitor manually. As a type 1 diabetic with dreadful blood glucose spikes I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews and researched online as I feel I would have otherwise missed out on the chance to get an app that could possibly help me out. Early days yet but I’m not disappointed with any part of this app. Thank you developers 😀😀
