Good printer, poor app

The Step App has imported or gained access to all my photos from iPhone 15. However it doesn’t show any albums I have created in the iPhone photo app, only those albums that were part of the original. As there is no ‘find’ button on the Step app I am finding it impossible to print photos from the past. If I am looking at an old photo I want to print, I can take a screen shot and then it appears in Kodak step. I created a new album called Kodak prints but this Step app doesn’t see it? Shame because the printer is good. No problem with a photo I just took as it’s shows in ‘recents’

Hello,
We thank you for the feedback. If you press the my gallery button located at the top of the home page, then scroll within the select album menu, you should see the different albums. Note that the photos must be natively on the device. Cloud storage works for Google Photos, Instagram, and Facebook. We also recommend updating to the latest version. If you still can't see your folders, please email kodak@camarketing.com. We hope this helps.

Good but some bits frustrating

The app is pretty good in terms of functionality, however the connection with Google photos doesn’t seem to work (app says “connected” but can’t be clicked on). Also date stamp is date you are printing not date put was taken which seems a bit pointless.
