In buildings with KONE Residential Flow the KONE Flow app makes every day hassles a thing of the past by turning your smartphone into a digital key.
You can use the app to open doors and call the elevator. You can also grant access to visitors – even when you’re not home.
Buildings with KONE Elevator Call
In buildings with KONE Elevator Call you can use the KONE Flow app on your smartphone to call the elevator when arriving or leaving.
You can also set favorite floors to make getting around the building quicker and easier than ever.

Ratings and Reviews
Consistently doesn’t work
The app barely functions, setting it up is a long winded process and the intercom function doesn’t really work. Have missed loads deliveries because the open door button never actually works and you can speak into the intercom properly.
Has always been an issue and has never been reliable.
App has many issues
First, the intercom option was a nightmare to setup. It tooks 3 weeks for us to be able to use the intercom
Then the option to change your phone indicator is not working, by default it’s set to +33, I want to change it to +44 it’s impossible, the page is all white which make one of the intercom feature to not work at all.
The lift option seems to not work as well
Please fix your app.
App doesn’t work
when I need to open the door, the app’s screen is frozen so I can’t and the app 9/10 times don’t work .
