Just started using this app after using Profee for the last year , service is excellent , instant transfers around the world , this is the only service along with Profee that can transfer to Russia right now.
Approval was simple and had a reply the same day.

Money transfers have now been banned for Russian cards entirely. Recipients in Russia can only get transfers in cash at local bank branches. The change is not clearly explained in the app at all. It only asks for the recipients name and phone number and then just takes the money off the senders account and says the transfer is available in cash at a local branch. If the recipient doesn’t have this app they are completely unaware of the transfer as no messages are sent onto their phone number. It is the sender who needs to notify. Try figure out how… Once discovered, the sender can copy the notification to the recipient for info. The notification that the recipient gets provides no useful information on how to receive the money, where to receive, and if any documents are required to be presented to the banks. It took me hours to figure out that the app is not “broken”. Horrible user-unfriendly update to the process. Common people that are not part of the evil war are affected by this change, and makes no consideration for elderly.

Indeed, as of April 10, 2024, the methods for sending online transfers to Russia have changed. Since the current sending methods are displayed in the application, no notification of changes was carried out. You can check the method of sending the transfer at the time of the transaction, as well as at the “Data verification” stage. You can inform the recipient about the sent transfer yourself. Information on ways to receive transfers is provided on our official website. If the information is not enough, the recipient can contact our support service by writing to the application chat (Menu-Help-Support) or by calling the hotline number for the Russian Federation +7 495 766-48-98 (24 hours a day). We will definitely help!

I had only nightmares with the company. Honestly, I’m trying to send money abroad to pay for a dog, I know the person so everything is legit and I dealt with them in the past, the whole transfer is for a lot less that 1k, and they asked me for proof of purchase, travelling details, price of tickets and so many documents that I can only provide AFTER I make the payment. I should’ve gone through my bank. Something enjoyable and they turned into a nightmare. Don’t send money with them, it’s a waste of time.

Most transfers within the limit do not require additional verification, however, as per Terms and conditions 5.14, 10.8 and 10.9 - when processing some transfers additional information may be requested to secure your funds in the system. It is in the Service's interest to collect as little data as possible and allow you to make transactions as easy as possible - that way we will process the maximum number of transfers. However, as a financial institution KoronaPay is obliged to comply with numerous legal and regulatory requirements.
