I love the doughnuts but the app is just not working for me
I love the doughnuts and I recently heard about the app and that you could get a box of 12 original glaze (my favourite) on your birthday for free so I decided I was going to sign up.
However every time I go sign up it says that my phone number is invalid and I don’t understand why because my number is a working number!!! i am kinda disappointed i can’t lie. 😭😭😭
This app is appalling.
I’ve literally never written a review before but just had to talk about how awful the login process has been. I applied all my details, then when I got to the very end it told me I had to add a special character to my password. So I did, then had to re-input all of my information. But when I got to the end, it told me I had made too many sign up attempts. So after all of the many 2 attempts I had made, I tried again 10 minutes later. I input all of my information. It once again said I had made too many log in attempts. I just want a free flipping donut. I deleted and re-downloaded the app, and when I, for the fourth time, input my details, it once again said “too many login attempts.”. Please fix your app. Also why do you have to be 18, it’s a donut.
Smiles every time
Great service from the team At Bromley. Allison and her guys always greet us with smiles and warmth.
Credit to both the team and the senior management. We receive better service from our KK stores in the UK than when we visit our cabin in Alabama and use the stores there.
They could learn a thing or two from the teamwork and support that must exist here amongst the management and teams.
