Our mobile app makes it easier for managers and employees to securely complete simple workforce management tasks and view HR information in Workforce Central. Focus on the things that really matter in your organization. Offline or can’t connect to data? Kronos Workforce Mobile will save your punches until you’re able to reconnect again and upload them to Workforce Central when available. Here are some of the cool features that Kronos Mobile allows managers and employees to do:

New contract with my work and now having to change from a fully functioning well understanding easy to access website base rota to a unreasonable bad working app to which I have only been on for no less then 12 hours and I’m locked out of my account can’t login and unable to access until I speak to my management, I can say that I have no clue why we are having to use this at all and I get the feeling I’m in for a rollercoaster ride off disappointment from here on out. You would thing you’re employers would have been more cautious about a app with a 1.7 rating and uncountable amount of problems, starting to regret taking the new contract now.
Is this 1994?
So basic. Time card and schedule interface not user friendly. It would be relatively easy to make it look better. For example, combining these two tabs in one, completely redesign a month view with icons for better overview with what hours I have done and am planned to do. You don’t have to rewrite the whole database, just UI.
Hope you not gonna stop improving the app just because my employer requires me to use it.

Surprised the app even opens it’s that non functional
The app constantly logs you out, brings up error codes, takes forever to load and sometimes just straight up doesn’t sync to show you schedules or anything. It needs fixed severely and if it wasn’t for us having to use to for work I’d never touch it again. Abysmal.
