Terrible app
Wonderful airline but a terrible app that constantly freezes, won’t allow you to book and blocks contacting support:(
It does not even allow you to check out its new loyalty card. Plus your booking reference simply disappears every time you log out. I absolutely love travelling with Kuwait Airways (10/10 on every score!!) and wish they would sort their app out, thats all.

Rather awkward. If you change the return date, it will ask you to choose the departure date. Well, I don't have a problem with the departure date it is the return date that modified.
The second issue is when it asks for seat reservation it expects that you choose the items.on the menu.
