Terrible app
Wonderful airline but a terrible app that constantly freezes, won’t allow you to book and blocks contacting support:(
It does not even allow you to check out its new loyalty card. Plus your booking reference simply disappears every time you log out. I absolutely love travelling with Kuwait Airways (10/10 on every score!!) and wish they would sort their app out, thats all.
the upcoming flight keeps disappearing
every time I add my trips, it disappears when you make a refresh!! please can you fix this
