Wooden box
The product has not been built yet but knowing the quality of Laura.I’m sure that that would be fine. But I am somewhat ashamed to have received the broken box and not being able to show this to you do I have taken photographs the box is broken and I don’t know if any parcel fallen off as a delivery driver was as usual or Hermes was rude or through the box at the door and did not pay attention to the opening of the door and just run away. I still say I do not know why company of your size has to use Hermes they are not a good company to use for delivery service and this is not on device experience with that of many people
Evri unreliability
I love your products so this poor review is not a criticism of your company but of the carrier you use for returns . My heart sank when I realised it was ‘the old Hermes’ they have probably had to make a decision to change the company name due to their terrible reputation. I requested a pick up to return a large rug… it was scheduled but they never turned up . The next day I had a txt saying my ‘delivery’ would be that day. A later txt changed that to ‘collect’ . just prior to the allocated time another txt appeared saying i had cancelled the collection… absolute shambles! I will think very carefully before ordering anything that has a risk of needing to be collected for return if this is the carrier being used.
Being inconvenienced and frustrated by their total unreliability I felt I had no choice but to take my purchase( a large and long rug) to a parcel shop which was difficult due to having no available help,my arthritis and car size etc .

Wonderful
I love this company, whenever I have had a query or needed to speak to customer services the staff have always been very friendly and helpful! I’ve been shopping with LaRedoute for at least 10 years now and I think it’s one of the very best online companies ever. Also I’d like to add that even during Covid I’ve been able to speak to someone every time and that means a lot to me as I’ve had other companies during Covid that have been quite frustrating and I’ve not got anywhere!!
