Interesting and Fun

This is an interesting different kind of RPG. You wander round a map unlocking quests as you go. Each quest has a variety of challenges. If you succeed at the task you gain gold and items to upgrade your stats. Managing the stats can determine your success. If you fail you don’t die, you just figure out why you failed and alter things until you succeed.

Graphics are simple, but bright and pleasing and serve the main game mechanic very well. It’s this mechanic that makes the game different. When you are to walking to a town, or attempting a task or whatever, it takes time, say 20 minutes. Up pops a countdown box and you shut the app until it notifies you that it’s time to see what the outcome was. So you keep coming back to the game through the day. You are engaged in the quest, but it doesn’t have to consume hours of attention at a time.

This appears to be a labour of love by one individual developer. It’s Quality.

Nice game

I like this game, for the most part. I like that you can set it to do something and let it run in the background, although on occasion some of the tasks take entirely too long. I do like how the option to purchase the subsequent chapters even disabled until you have finished the free part which gives you a chance to play through and decide if you like it or not. I haven't even gotten through the free part yet and I've been playing for a couple of weeks now. I am only just getting to the part where I can recruit the captain, although I have admittedly forgotten to tell it to do another test in between a few times, but I am still making progress. I also like hell there is a mini mastermind type game that you can play when upgrading Lor items. It might be a bit difficult for people that don't have the mind for it though. I do wish that there was more that you can do in the app well waiting for quests to complete or traveling to finish. After all, even in real life, when you travel, for example, you can do other things while traveling. Overall good game, and would probably give five stars with some improvement.

Fun text based game

I was looking for a rpg games but most of them were mainly cash cow until I came across this one which is refreshing as it got no time limit or you feel pressured to get it done. For a game that includes puzzles and choices to determine your path it still send you in the right direction however quickly you want to get there you can't go wrong. Iam still on the prelude chapter but i am not in a hurry to get to the as I am enjoying the ride. Well done developers keep it coming.
