What a great app. - allows me to keep tabs on all calendar items, be it “Landlord gas safety certificates” that are due, or incoming rents no matter what excuses the tenant tries to give etc. Very prompt responses to questions asked of Landlord Studio. However, the one thing that I would like to see is a more visual display for upcoming items like the calendar format on the PropertyBuddy app before it changed over to Landlord Studio where this was discarded.
But apart from the last point, it does everything efficiently and in order so I can keep on top of my portfolio - as well as regular updates to the app what more could one ask for = thankyou Landlord Studio.
Sooooooo Good - brilliant
Simple to use, great reporting structure, very helpful when doing tax returns, great service from the company, they answer all queries almost immediately and resolve any issues i have had. I started using Landlord Studio (the free version) probably 4 years ago, transitioned to the paid version which is far better for me. Great App all round, simple to use, easy to set up, it has saved me considerable grief, I am not an accountant, I’m also not very computer literate, this app has saved me a considerable amount of money on accounts fees, pre landlord studio I used an excel spreadsheet which became cumbersome and still meant I had to do lots of unnecessary work to produce my self assessment tax return each year. I have been using this website for the last 4 years, I started with the free basic programme before updating to LandLord Studio, I am not an accountant so it has saved me hours of grief, it does exactly what it says it will do and it’s easy, very easy to use.

Fantastic
I was using a 20yr old program that was getting very glitchy so started looking for alternatives and found Landlord Studio.
At first I was very sceptical as I had been using the old system for so long and wanted something that was essentially the same but of course ‘the same’ didn’t exist.
Anyway….. I went for it with landlord studio and I was right….. it wasn’t the same!!! It was far superior in every way. What a breath of fresh air, it is so quick, easy and intuitive. Mostly I worked it out on my own just by playing about with it but on the few occasions I’ve needed help then the help team have responded quickly. I would say i have cut my paperwork/ computer work by at least 70%.
At 50yrs old using new programs is daunting but I had no need to worry when it came to landlord studio.
Hopefully they will be around for a long time or at least till I retire lol!
