Laresmart APP Remote Control Laresar Robot Vacuum
Through the Laresmart app, you can easily unlock the following advanced features:
[Map Save](Only applicable to some devices) Turn on the map save mode, and after operating according to regulations, advanced functions such as room zoning, merging and segmentation can be achieved, while improving cleaning efficiency.
[Virtual Walls and Restricted Areas] Set up virtual walls and restricted areas, ready to use and set, so that the robot will not cross the virtual wall or enter the restricted area during cleaning.
[Timing Cleaning] If you make an appointment a scheduled cleaning task, and the robot will start the cleaning task at the designated time. After completion, it will automatically return to the charging station.
[Selected Area Cleaning] (Only applicable to some devices) You can choose to specify a room for cleaning. After selection, only the selected room will be cleaned, and you can clean wherever you want.
[Spot Cleaning] Click on the location to be cleaned on the map, and after clicking Start, the robot will automatically plan the path to the target point and perform local cleaning.
[Resume Cleaning] When the battery level is below 20%, the robot automatically plans the shortest path to return to the charging station for charging: after fully charging, return to the unfinished area and continue cleaning.

Amazing little robot
Easy to use app, the robot is doing a great job even in the corners, love the fact that has an auto boost for carpets and activates automatically.
Also consider that the suction is perfect, powerful and you can set a different suction power for every room.
More user help needed
There is no user guide for this app and no help on any of the options which makes setting up properly very difficult (and I’m an IT consultant with over 40 years of software development).
There are times when the schedule clean doesn’t work, which could be down to internet connection issues, but I know that’s not the case as it will start to clean and skip the first room ti clean jumping straight ti the second. Changing the room order simply means it skips the “new” room 1 and goes to the 2nd. This points ti a software problem.
Also the logic of the room clean seems erratic, where the cleaner will be working well then just do circles for no reason missing areas. It come back ti this areas but it’s just not logical. Again, this could be caused by internet connectivity glitch or even light reflecting and causing the lidos radar ti glitch.
Also, there are times when the cleaner fails ti find the door to a room and insists trying to go through a wall. Also finding way back to the dock something’s fails.
The app needs update and support doc.

Some error reports are misleading but overall very good.
