I found booking the holiday we chose very easy, I was a little concerned at some of the bad reviews people have posted. To date I have found my experience with LM really good. My flight was booked with them and I know Ryan Air don’t like bookings via a 3rd party. I followed all the advice given to me by staff at LM and synchronised my booking with my own personal email. LM even refunded the fee I paid for them to print off my boarding passes as I’m going to do it myself. They have given me all the right info on the steps and how to do it. I have found the service very good!

I booked the whole package (flights,transfer and hotel) for Alanya and paid in advance … surprise… surprise when i got there at 4am no room to check in to. The hotel was aware ove my arrival on 21st only even do i have paid for 20th just so i have where to sleep at 4am. Customer service will not refund me as the hotel check in policy is from 18 to 00. The lastminute app shows check in starting at 14 with no mention ove any finish time. But my question is if the hotel policy is 18 to midnight why is lastminute selling the package with the plane times like that making it impossible for you to make it on time? I have tried a few times to get a refund but unfortunately customer service do not hand over to each other so every time i had to explain everything from the beginning. I will go to court now because i ended up sleeping in the reception area for a few hours as we were not given other options. It was very embarrassing… thank you for that last minute.

I rarely post reviews however the level of disappointment in this provider had reached its limit and as such I wont be using their services and I will inform everyone in my network to avoid it. I booked recently trip from Manchester to Santo Domingo through US. I was told I need a special paper to go for through US even though it was not my destination and denied boarding even though I had two vaccinations, PCR test and US business visa. I had a flexible ticket and over the phone the customer service person told me to - call the airline directly as they cannot do anything. The airline said to contact the travel agent - a chicken and egg scenario and basically no refund. Knowing what I know right now I will never recommend last minute to anyone. Their flexible ticket is inflexible. And their customer service tells you to call the airline. Fair enough - but I wont ever again book anything with Last minute again.

I very rarely write reviews but if it saves one person from booking with this company then it’s worth it. I tried to cancel my booking during the cooling off period, the company avoided all the messages I tried to send them (via all social media platforms, multiple different email addresses and various phone numbers I found online). I also clicked cancel in the app but this did not update my status to cancelled either. Approximately 7-10 days after my requests to cancel, I received confirmation of my flights via email from the airline. I questioned why this had been done after my request to cancel and the company tried to say they already booked the flights prior to this and it was coincidental that it came through just after my request to cancel. They then said I was liable for the full cost of the holiday because they had booked the flights. Awful and corrupt company - be very, very wary.
