So glad they have an app now!
I’ve been wanting 28degrees to launch an app for the longest and after a few teething issues I’m finding it so handy! So much quicker than having to log in on the website and pay that way. Very happy with the app.
Great app but security is a pain
In order to validate a bank account, you need to have two small deposits deposited into your bank account and then register them back with this app. If you miss your window, you have to call latitude and start the process from scratch. I did it three times! This is arduous.
Every now, and then it won’t use your face or fingerprint to unlock the app you have to go back to your password, if you wrote it down correctly…which once again is a pain.
Payment method - doesn’t always work
Great to have an app for my account. It’s easy to use and does what I need... usually. Sometimes when I try to make a payment through bank transfer it says I’ve made a payment in the last 5 days, thus preventing me from making a transfer- when I haven’t done so! If I check back in a few days later it does work. But really odd.
