Really a good app where you can find cheap products. But Don’t buy stuff from WD Flag Store!! I was trying to buy external hdd for two months. First time , They returned my item without telling me when they tried to deliver it to by using best express delivery company. It was on the promotion day ! They refund back my money but I can’t take it out from Lazada wallet so my money stuck for a month. Lazada gave a discount voucher for 200 B. So I decided to wait for this 6.6 promotion. I ordered 5 Tb external hdd from this Wd flag store again. They took the money. They said it will be dispatched on 9th of June but the in the morning, I got a message said that they’ve refund my money. I am really disappointed in this WD Flag store ! It’s a Hard drives retailer! It is a app but It should have been better if you improve the responsibilities of this Wd flag store Thailand shop!! So bloody annoying when you waiting for a whole month and then this happens. Lazada couldn’t really help and this Wd flag store doesn’t even give a f…. If you know what I mean.

I have used Lazada for 7 months, it is convenient and reliable and normally has a quick delivery time, unless items are shipping from China. I use my bank card to pay and it safe and secure. The system for customer support is ok, but could be improved by providing quicker access to an English speaking assistant before having to go through many generic problem answers. I recently was not satisfied with a product received and the supplier disputed my reason for returning the item. However, Lazada mediated and gave me a full refund paid back to my bank card: The choice of products available is amazing! I will definitely continue to use Lazada:

Payment page not working
I spent hours shopping, then was unable to make the purchases. I tried using a saved credit card (which I’ve used on Lazada before), but kept getting the message “Something went wrong with your order. Please contact customer service to address the issue”. I tried doing that, but discovered that this was impossible. After spending some time looking, it became clear that there was only live chat or a phone number, both of which are active only 9am-9pm. If you are shopping outside of those hours, you can’t even send a message! I then tried some other payment options. I tried paying with a different card - same message! Then I wondered if I could use my credit card to put money into Lazada wallet. It took this payment straight away, but then would not let me use the wallet to make the purchases. So in effect, Lazada took my money, but wouldn’t let me spend it on purchases I had spent hours trying to make, and there was no way of contacting anyone about this. All in all, a very frustrating experience!
