Nice but not consistent
Nice app and very helpful to watch uk telly. However signal can drop out from time to time which is annoying when watching sport or a movie. Response to problems from the help desk is fairly prompt. Overall, definitely worth having for about a fiver a month.

Disappointing service
I moved over from My Private network when it changed to Le VPN, all was good so as I was in the UK I didn’t renew my annual subscription immediately but a month later. I couldn’t get onto the VPN service for all of my 10 day trip which was very frustrating and I kept contacting the support who kept telling me it was sorted. Eventually they solved the problem and credited me the lost days. With the support you do get a response within 24 hours and they’ve helped me with various issues.

Le VPN have always been very helpful and patient with my IT skills and always resolved any issues, which have generally been associated to linking a new phone/iPad/MAC etc...
Enjoying use of VPN, can use FaceTime what’s app video etc... in the Middle East and lots of UK TV.
I have found my VPN works when friends who have other VPNs have issues with not working on certain platforms or websites..
