Great app but too expensive
This is a great app my 5 year old loved it at first but got fed up after a agile which is why I cancelled after the month trial as I also think it’s expensive to keep paying every month it would be better to have a one off payment to buy the app for good but again at a reasonable price! I’m annoyed that even after I cancelled the subscription it still charged me for another month I’ve now cancelled it again and I’m hoping no more payments are taken a I really cannot afford it!

My 5 year old son is enjoying this, but when watching him play the games a lot of them are repeated? I don’t know if this is meant to happen or an app error? I have the free trial which I will not renew the subscription, I’ve already cancelled it, which even though a lot of people say it’s difficult... it’s really not! Go to the homer homepage, click on your email, settings, manage subscription, cancel subscription, then at the bottom of the 5 pages it send you to just click continue, it did however give me the option to buy the app for a lower price of £29, which may change some parents minds! Not mine though! Also if you brought through iTunes you will need to cancel it through that too, which is just as easy, it gives you a link to click on and then it’s done 👍🏻 I think the basis of this app is great, but needs a bit more work, more tracking, some child and parent games? And agree with the other reviews in regards to American accent, if being sold in uk need and English accent please! I haven’t however had any issue with loading, but I use over two devices and it doesn’t seem to save from one to another, just from the last point he used it on my phone or the iPad

I have had the subscription for some time now, happy paying each month so that my child could have access to an interactive app as and when he chooses too. Some weeks he wouldn’t go onto it but I was ok with that. But I would encourage him. Most recent I cancelled the subscription, keeping in mind that the work he had achieved he could revisit. I was so annoyed and disappointed that all the activities he had previously completed he now can’t access! Purely because we cancelled the subscription. But we had rightly paid for that before hand! And now it’s not possible to access it! That’s disgusting! The past year wasted! As now all the learning journey he can’t access to refresh his mind. So wrong .. he should still be able to access the activities he has completed! I appreciate he can’t unlock new activities as the subscription is cancelled. But not to access what we have paid for is morally wrong!
