Very poor system
In the high tech world , I would of expect good English menu option to be able to understand exactly what ? Who?where? Why? All.
Sadly very complicated system and Italian Language, no other options , so each time I have to translate every single elements.

The worst app ever. Nothing works. Almost impossible to get a refund. No support
Cambio password
Non si può ammettere che la domenica non si riesca a portare a termine una procedura di cambio password ma il lunedì invece si…. Ho aperto tickets e telefonato ma nulla.
