Freezing
I’ve been playing the game for a few days now but I’m continuing being logged out or the game freezes, especially when I open my guild or try to banish the serpent. Please do something about it. Thank you.

Freezing
I have just found this game and was really enjoying it but now it is continually freezing and will not let me progress in the game. Really disappointed. It will not let me enter the Old Embankment. Game still crashing really like this game but getting more and more frustrated with it. Please fix the bugs !!!!!as of 17 March still no response from my email really bad customer service I am considering deleting game which is a shame but the constant freezing and having to reset the game is very frustrating!!!! Well here we are and still no response to my previous email and now I have been waiting forever for updates the customer service is rubbish seriously considering deleting this game!!!

Game is glitchy
I have played fairly smoothly for a couple of days, but today it will not let me open the Storyline location, friends appear and then everyone disappears leaving me friendless, none of the buttons are working correctly (eg FIND a collection item fails to show any location). I have rebooted the game several times to try to rectify matters and do at present have friends (but they are liable to disappear en masse). I cannot find out how to get any help to troubleshoot my problems. In short, sadly what appeared at first to be an interesting game has now become unplayable. I would appreciate some help.
