I have downloaded this app as I saw it on a TikTok and thought maybe it would help me with my productivity. I then go one the app and put my date of birth in and it says unable to log in unstable internet connection. I checked my internet and I was on 5 bars. I tried changing my Wi-Fi to a different network. But still it was saying unstable network connection for maybe about 5 tries. It then finally works but proceeds to say I’m not eligible for the app. The app says 12+ and I’m 16. I put the date of birth as 2006 as that is when I was born but it still says I’m not eligible. I took a look on the reviews and saw many people are having the same problem 10 minutes of trying was able to sign in. And the. When I got on the app it again said no internet connection. I have checked my internet and its absolutely fine I have tried connecting with other networks and it still says the same thing. I had reset the app. Deleted the app and downloaded it again. Powered off my phone but it still says that my internet is unstable. I’m not very happy with the experience of this app so far. I will try again tomorrow and see if that works and let everyone know.

Ok I’ve been using the app and loved it but what I recognise with the app is that if you delete and re-download you have actually lost your old account it do not let you login is like going back to scratch in setting up a new account like this is just bullocks I understand it’s a new app but if everytime you log out to re login and your just hit with creating a new account again what sense does it makes cause you’re unable to access your old account this needs adjusting !! Asap

Even writing a review they don’t allow you to unless it’s all 4 stars !!! Ridiculous

When I saw this app online, I was really excited because I really needed help with my skincare routine. I downloaded this app with the intention of using it to get a better understanding of my skin because it’s a very mixed thing however when I try to login and give it my data, but it keeps telling me that I’m not eligible. I am 18 years old so I should be eligible as the app is for people who are 12 and over. so I don’t really understand why it won’t let me join the app. I saw other people have been having the same issues of me and was wondering what lemon 8 would do to fix this.
Please don’t just ignore these reviews as well because all you’re doing is making yourself lose more customers, even though the company itself is promoting a really innovative idea.
Please can you fix this or at least update your age limit as that could be a reason why.
