For what it is, it’s great.
I was worried after reading the other reviews that this app might rip me off. It didn’t.
It’s not free. It comes with a boatload of free fonts you can you and customise and export but there are absolutely loads you can purchase for all sorts of occasions. And most fonts seem to be around £0.99, or the whole pack for a fiver. Honestly, considering the quality of them, I feel it’s really good value.
Don’t expect anything free. If you want a genuinely great looking logo for a business or game or something, crack on. The only thing I WOULD add, would be some kind of preview of the purchasable fonts to see your own text.
Great Typographical Tool
The effects that can be designed are equal to Photoshop and are easier and quicker to create. The ability to export as Layers makes this my initial go-to App for most graphics jobs.
Not Bad , but it isn’t free
I downloaded this cos it came as a advert on my FB page. I downloaded it , and was shocked to see that most of the design templates you have to pay for and if you bought the whole lot it came to over £100.
Luckily i bought Art Text a while ago , so i have most of the text styles anyway , but do not be fooled that it is feee cos it isn’t. They would be better off selling the software at the same price as the Art Text software , then giving the buyers a choice between the two , but have all the text styles come free with the purchase.
