Worst customer service ever
If you need urgent help don’t bother, I’ve never known a company to take so long to help with responding. I’ve had an issue with the app and the emailing back and forth has been a complete waste of my time. The customer service is shocking, they’re quick to take your money but never helpful when you desperately need their help. Their is something wrong with my app and it’s been poor excuse after poor excuse
Won’t open after update
Hi the app flashes up and closes straight away after your update earlier. I’m using the latest iPhone pro max with the latest software
Despite second update, the app still doesn’t open so can’t use
Great product and easy to use.
Love the product, helps me manage my finances so well. The advance feature is great for when you need a quick bit of cash. Very easy to use and navigate as well.
