I have never seen such a worst app after an update, it takes ages to get log in screen and after that it does not work at all . Please fix this and give us a working app

Most consistent non performing app!
I am trying to login through all 3 ways and app goes into endless loop on all occasions.
It’s been more than a decade I have been associated with LIC however I could not satisfactorily managed to use LIC app, Istill have to rely on web portal! Now in the year 2023, I am still doing the same.
How can this be possible that, LIC could not manage to provide a stable app.
