LifePoints – Paid Surveys App 12+

Great!

Love this app, it’s great for the variety of survey or product testing which I did more recently. The rewards are brilliant and it’s super quick to get your points up to redeem rewards. Definitely the best app I have found so far!

It would have been 5 stars but I have had an issue for the last couple of days which when I try to load the app it says “ sorry! Something went wrong on our end” and then it doesn’t load. Please could you try and fix this I have quite a few LifePoints and 750 pending and I really don’t want to lose them all! Thank you 😊

They are scammers

Don’t waste your time with these scammers because this is basically what they are. You give them your data and they get paid by the companies to give you surveys, which you take your time and complete for points. You build up your points and once you exchange or cash them, in the five days that they take to process your reward your account will be closed by them. When they do that you will not get your rewards. Go with a company who pay you out straight away and don’t make you wait five days for rewards. If I had the money I actually would sue them for my lost earning. Apparently they closed my account because and I quote “ LifePoints strives to provide our clients with the highest level of data integrity. In order to do so, we depend on our members to take their membership seriously, provide us with high quality and honest responses and to follow our Terms & Conditions. After conducting an audit of your account, it was determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. Therefore, your account has been deactivated. We know this is not a favorable outcome for you and it definitely is not one that we take lightly. However, it is a necessary one in order for us to continue striving to be our best and keep our commitment to our clients. The LifePoints Team”

Awful company. Don’t waste your time

I have been a member of LifePoints since April and had been doing quite well with answering the surveys and cashing in my £5 rewards. Over this last week I have been frozen out of my account even though I had a build up of points towards my next reward. I messaged the help centre to ask why my account had been suspended and they replied saying ‘LifePoints has an obligation to our clients to uphold high standards and provide quality data. Unfortunately your membership and or participation did not allow us to fulfil our obligation or meet the expectations we set for ourselves’
I challenged this as I have always answered with honesty. They replied with the same email but added ‘ The original decision to close your account remains. while we know this is not the outcome you were hoping for it is a necessary step we must take in order to maintain the integrity of our LifePoints community. This decision has not been taken lightly and is final’ Absolute rubbish!!! Don’t sign up!
