The top left tab is gone

I used use this app for cinema tickets all the time but the tab in the top left has disappeared and can’t seem to find how to use discounts for cinema and restaurants. The life tab at the bottom on the update doesn’t work for me and says loading and doesn’t actually load. Is there a way to downgrade?

Doesn’t really offer anything

My company provides this app for all employees and pushes us quite hard to sign up for the ‘benefits’. But there aren’t really any relevant benefits. If you’re on minimum wage, which most of us are at my company, 3 or 5% off shops we can’t afford to shop at anyway doesn’t make any difference to us. And I’m hardly likely to be buying a new car via Motability (finance) when I’m on £9.50 an hour and a zero hour contract.

The Tesco 3% discount could be helpful but it’s not straightforward to buy and get the voucher and many of my colleagues just aren’t tech savvy enough to know how to go about this. So they don’t bother.

The health and well-being articles and quizzes are no different or better than if you just Googled. Plus the health quizzes are clearly focused on whether or not you’re able to do your job or if your work is negatively impacted so it makes you think the focus isn’t really caring about you as a person just whether or not you’re going to let your employer down.

Honestly I think it’s a complete waste of company money to provide this for staff and in my personal opinion it shows how out of touch our senior leadership team is to staff on the frontline. E.g. Discounts off Travis Perkins building materials… really? Discounts or money back on dental care or opticians would be much more beneficial (but I guess costs them more so they don’t do it).

Gift card discounts very poor

Ask your employer for a more generous scheme. Unfortunately we have been given this. Employer must be trying to cut costs. Previous 2 schemes we had were far more generous Really poor or pointless discounts. Eg Argos was 9% discount but is only 3% here. Ikea was 7% but now not available here. To make matters worse the 2 times I’ve used it were poor. 1st the cards took 40 minutes to come through! (great in a shop). 2nd they just failed and you get the message ‘Oops something has gone wrong’. What they should say is ‘we are really sorry that our service has crashed.’ Don’t bother with support as you have to send an email.
Update: Dev says that you get a fast response. I asked for support at 2pm Sat. I received a reply on Monday!

Gift cards are available instantly within the app or website after purchase, the notification email also containing your gift card may be delayed at times due to spam filtering. At the moment our technical support is email based but our response times are typically very fast.
