SEE THE LIGHT… LITB is so Unique

I have spent hours on the LITB App but I have not spent a fortune. So far I have bought trainers, hoodies, Bluetooth soundbar, hanging flashing lights, jewellery & other items. You won’t find many of the products in the high street stores or elsewhere online as they are so different making them quite unique. They also have an extensive range of personalised clothes & gifts for you or someone special where you can have a name or design printed or even a treasured picture making an ideal gift for any occasion. There is always a deal to be had or a voucher so you can splash out & treat yourself without spending too much. I took advantage of the ‘ Gold membership ‘ which is available at a nominal cost which entitles you to one fixed low postage rate & you can order as many items as you wish for a whole year & you get further discounts. LITB have an easy to navigate website but the App is best because the goodies are further discounted. I couldn’t believe the prices for such good quality merchandise so I’m on the App all the time grabbing a good deal. Go see for yourself. Happy Shopping.

Item pictures are not what you receive

Bought 2 jackets based on description photo of jackets formed part of description, waited long time for delivery then was extremely disappointed with what arrived so contacted for returning items as being not as described, bit of back and forth b4 eventually getting approval to send back with the stipulation it MUST be sent using Royal Mail ONLY any other couriers would not be accepted and no refund would be forthcoming until items returned and inspected even though pictures provided so sent back via the most expensive Royal Mail waited very long time for it to be delivered then received a refund for only the purchase price not postage so had to remind them of their terms and conditions relating to postage when not as described and after a few emails back and forth was eventually refunded postage but as this was sent as a payment via PayPal, I was charged by PayPal for receiving funds so overall spent approx £100 total including return postage for something that looked nothing like pictures and eventually received about £85 back(approx 4 months start to finish) and the worst thing is the items I received are equivalent to items I could’ve purchased at any local market for between £5-£10 so in the end I’ve paid for the 2 jackets but ended up with nothing but a life lesson so please don’t be fooled as I was and read reviews I would add pictures but it won’t let me

Wedding Shrug

I ordered a shrug in early January to wear at my son’s wedding at the beginning of February. After about a week with no apparent movement on the order, I contacted LightInTheBox.

I could not have received a more courteous and helpful set of responses from Rosane, my Customer Service contact. Initially she tried to expedite the order with the supplier, but when this didn’t work, she consulted me about possible alternative shrugs which she she could see (from warehouse stock information) would be immediately available for shipment. We identified something suitable, and even though it was a little more expensive than my original order, she did not charge me the difference. The item was shipped immediately, as she had promised, and it arrived in good order this morning, a full week before the wedding.

I could not be more grateful to Rosane. And I am delighted with the purchase - it fits me and matches my dress exactly!
