Life Saver
I found these guys online when setting up my new business and there back office and solution based support has been excellent ,teamed with a faultless interface, I would highly recommend this to any start up or busy environment business.
Looks Nice, Limited Features In Demo
I have had a go of the demo and although the features are limited, the scope of the system looks great. Its a cloud based system so from my understanding everything on the ipad app can be customised from the 'back office' online - however i have not found out how you customise the buttons on the app but assume this would also be available when purchased...
... You can sign up for a 30-day free trial of the software which would prob answer these questions - but sadly this system is not currently supported outside the US, hence my score - this would be 5 star is rolled out to the UK for example!
The pricing of a plan with this app is also pricey, from $49 a month - however, again the website neglects to give you any info on the plans available and what you get for them - when clicking the price link you are just greeting with an option to sign up for a free trial!
Not for the UK
The system is pretty good, but despite a push to enter the UK market, the system lack support and functionality to handle VAT. If your business is or will be VAT registered, and let's face it, most are, this till system is not for you. It's a shame since the rest of the system is pretty good. I understand that there is no intention to implement it either.
