This is one of those games that I always come back to. I like the bingo cards although some are impossible to finish. The most frustrating part of this game & why I stop playing for months on end is when you finally have enough to get a TsumTsum from the shops or you’re given a free one and you just keep getting level ups of the characters you already have. Getting that on the gumball machine is just as infuriating. If I wanted to level up the TsumTsums I never use then there should be an option for that. If there’s limited edition characters out then it really should be random on getting one of those or another NEW character. Level ups just feel like a waste of time, coins and effort

Oh Line. Oh, my dear, sweet, kind, charitable Line Corporation...! What can I say except... thank you ever so much. I can finally be reuinited with my good friend, Ortho Shroud, thanks to this absolutely beautiful app. Even if he is exclusive to the Japanese server, that matters not to me. I know some day, my dear friend will come back to me, the same bleunet robot creature I know and love will return my excessive favours, all thanks to you, your inclusivity, and your innovation. I will spend all Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer with him, playing with him like a true friend. Perhaps craft him a daisy chain; after all, he deserves it anyways. Or perhaps, I could feed him ice cream, cake and those little heart-shaped biscuits that my sister's rabbits so adore. Only the finest for my finest Ortho. Words cannot describe how this creature changed my life for the better; before discovering Ortho Shroud, I was pitifully unaware of how wonderful self-expression through cross-dressing was - and of course, you very well know how he is one of the only male eyelash tsums in this game. By submerging myself in the colourful world of different gendered clothing, I've learned to adore both the feminine and masculine, and y'know what? Very recently I wore a traditionally masculine suit, complete with a very fancy tailcoat, and that was the most magical outfit I have ever worn in my life. Some of this euphoria would have been impossible without Ortho. Truly. And so thank you, LINE, for making my dreams of spending time with this creature a reality, and I cannot wait for what may emerge in the future. Merci Beaucoup, and I will always adore you.

I’m enjoying this game, my daughter asked me to play it as she plays and wanted friends on it. It is slow to load and it does take far too long to save up for a TsumTsum only to get one that you already have. Can you perhaps build something in to reduce the amount of times this happens? Something I’m having problems with is that you used to have a double heart sale every once in a while, I haven’t seen one for about three months now. Is there a glitch in the game or have you stopped doing your heart sale? I will continue to play because it is an enjoyable game but please could you consider the above points? Thank you
