Clear interface for solving mysteries on the modern web

Link Unshortener is a simple way to reveal the truth of a link's journey to final destination.

Investigating the question "where does this link go" and the potential chain of redirects that sometimes emerge is something I've wanted to do occasionally in the past, but more and more often in recent times. Perhaps this is because there are powerful incentives on the modern web to conceal tracking, obscure referral links, slap in GDPR consent forms and so on.

So this app is an increasingly useful tool for today's web.

It does one job, and does it well.
