Awful food
We couldn’t check in via the app or book seats but when we got to the airport it was a smooth check in .
I really want to complain about the food, we got teriyaki chicken and soy chicken which wasn’t cheap . We got 2 small mouthful of chicken rice and frozen mix veg , I got food poisoning off mine as never off the toilet since then . Why have a multi million pound business and give the food contract to someone who obviously can’t deliver . Did anyone do food tasting before or since giving this contract ? The food was only worthy for the bin
Buying a ticket was so painful I wanted to throw my phone at the wall
Terrible app.
Couldn’t retrieve booking so to have it on the app, just managed to get my ticket though my emails.
Also going through the booking process, paying for my flight and money leaving my account, I received a notification that lion air were unable to give me a ticket and I should go to the nearest ticket office after the fact of paying for the ticket.
Terrible app
When you try to check in it just takes you to a webpage that doesn’t load.
You also can’t add baggage via credit card within 24 hours if you pay with credit cards. Essentially not allowing foreigners to pay. Glad I know this for next time as I won’t be booking with lionair again.
