Doesn't work we have tried two different iPads now and still no luck just will not connect with the kitchen very frustrating for both us parents and the children

Hi there we're sorry to hear about the problems you are having connecting your device to the Smart Kitchen. Please note that the Smart Kitchen requires a Bluetooth LE 4.0 connection. Older devices such as iPad 2 do not support Bluetooth LE 4.0 and so will not connect to the Smart Kitchen. We are here to assist you further. No Sound iPad Air 2
The app is not optimised for new generation devices, visually everything is there but pointless for learning without sound

I have connected the kitchen successfully but cannot get sound on my I pad!
