The salon itself is great but the app is incredibly difficult to work with. Book online or ring the salon up.
Poor customer service
A warning review/opinion:
When it’s good, it’s great... but that’s to be expected at over £250 a go.
On my 5th visit I didn’t get what I asked for AND was charged extra that I wasn’t made aware of. Expecting a “no problem we will redo it and refund you that small part”, they wouldn’t redo my hair with the service I booked and what I went in for and they wouldn’t refund me the £80 for the additional service I wasn’t told about (total charge £341).
Head office have no telephone number so you can’t phone them. They have ignored my emails.
So when the goings good it’s fine, but you can’t be safe in the knowledge that they will fix it when it goes wrong. Maybe if I had more social media followers. They also blocked me on Instagram when I commented there because I wasn’t getting a response from their emails.
Learn from my mistake. Make sure you are happy with your hair before you leave no matter if you are in a rush. If you aren’t, don’t pay for it.
