Autotrader
Absolutely appalling since new switchover last year we have lost huge amount of leads they not coming through no notification to point they coming through now months and months later why is this acceptable from previous chat was absolutely great instant ring tone setting to notify agent trader no help to rectify that this is not working incompetent shambles sort it out ASAP
Message to Autotrader
Autotrader said this Livechat is miles better than old one. Absolutely appalling. Customers will think it’s us not responding in a professional manner when really it’s down to the Livechat and Autotraders’ short comings. It won’t even let me delete the old messages
Not fit for purpose
Poor performance & glitchy. Unable to delete old messages. Can’t see customer phone number.
