What are the key features of the Loans at Home Customer App?
The Customer App allows you to check your balance, see a summary of your existing agreements in one place, with more detail available at a touch. You can control the amount you want to pay on each individual agreement, selecting to either pay the due amount, the agreement in full or a selected amount. The payment journey is easy to follow, allowing you to choose to store your card details for future use or simply pay with a new card.
There are a number of ways within the app to contact your Agent, if you're interested in discussing further lending options you can request a call from your Agent or if you just need to change the time of your visit.
