Great app, would be better if you could put in the time you wanted to view in ‘playback’. It’s really hard to scroll through the time on a phone, you get the time to where you want it to be and it jumps forward. It’s quite frustrating.

I got fooled to spend nearly a thousand GBP on a Lorex camera system that uses this app and I must admit it’s my worst purchase ever. For starters, the remote connectivity for my 16 cameras is extremely poor. And on rare occasions when you are lucky to connect your phone to the lorex cctv, it ends up freezing too. It’s been a nightmare for me. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app with the hope of getting a connection but alas I only ended up with absolutely nil connection this time around. This product should not be on the market as the quality is extremely poor in my honest opinion.

Bought this 4 years ago, I have to say it is excellent, very reliable and customer care always get back if you have a problem. The picture quality is good and now after recent software upgrade the playback is so easy. I would highly recommend this product.
