Re, the lost bonus round on wanted dead or a wild has finally been found, I’ve got my winnings, (£845), it took nearly 2 weeks between myself, the casino and even Hacksaw gaming, (the game provider), where I’m still disappointed at not being to play or see the bonus play out, and waiting almost a fortnight to get paid, it was in my bank within an hour. It’s very unfortunate that this happens, they do try to resolve it. I don’t know what happens if they can’t though.

Thank you for updating your review accordingly, I understand the stuck game rounds are annoying, they always need to be resolved with the help of the game provider in this instance Hacksaw Gaming, as a rule there are only ever two types of resolutions that tend to occur, the 1st would be where they would be able to unstick the game and allow you to actually play it out, then the second is the resolution where we were able to get the winnings paid out to you. My apologies for the delay which is sadly unavoidable, but I am happy we got the right result for you in the end.

I usually dont leave reviews, however this app has been having some issues for long time now.

Im sure many people will agree that the white screen of death or the cat falling asleep on your internet router is very annoying. How does an app that makes thousands daily have so many bugs?

Lotto games aren’t just for the wins but also for the general excitement and visuals of the games, so everytime you try to bet, get kicked out and proceed to reload the game is very infuriating. Doesn’t matter if you win or not, we just want to SEE what’s happening.

Also, what’s wrong with the crazy time coin flip button? It’s been faulty for the past few weeks.

Today I’ve spent 10 minutes trying to get a game to flip horizontally before I just went to a web browser to play it, which no one should have to do. It wasn’t my phone’s fault may I add.

Personally, I think the best way to solve these issues would be honouring whatever bet someone made. For example, you bet £1 on slots and the game crashes, you get one free £1 spin. Or if you play games such as Crazy Time and as you are trying to bet the game kicks you out you should be given extra 5 seconds to bet. Again, its not our fault the game crashes.
