The app is a bit too slow and if possible can you make it so you can add multiple items to your basket? I want to make a huge purchase but I can’t because of the amount of items you can put in your basket at a time.

Don’t buy LV online
I made the dumb mistake of buying a designer bag online. I was worried I was gonna accidentally click a dodgy LV website which scams you so I’d thought I’d be safer than sorry and download the app.I placed an order and it got cancelled. Okay no problem no money was taken.I did it again. It went through! UNTIL: the next morning I received an email from a polish guy saying I need to pay within 15 minutes if I wanted the items and it can’t be on Apple Pay or PayPal it had to be card only. I was like tf and blocked the email and left it at that. Well I’ve been receiving emails from LV since then about deleting my personal data and account which was apparently requested by me which never happened I just blocked the email.Honestly just get the items in person! Don’t risk it. I only didn’t fall for this because I can see the signs from a mile away even if it was pretty good.

The app is good. Gives you engagement and other customisation options for certain products.But you can’t proceed to checkout, as it says your bag is empty. You have to use Apple Pay to make purchases. That’s a big glitch that hasn’t been addressed.It’s frustrating because it doesn’t allow me to change my delivery options or change payment types. Which is important to me as I work 5-6 days a week and I am not going to be home for most deliveries. If they fixed the glitch, I could have orders sent to a store for collection which is the most ideal for me.
