I've paid but I can't download my magazine and there's no helpline
Can't redownload mags already purchased
I bought a new iPad mini and now I can't download the magazine issues I have ALREADY purchased through the app on my previous iPad. Not happy, money down the drain! Can't seem to contact LOVE to sort this issue out as the app support links to their website with no contact page.
Nice try but no
£5.99 for the digital version seems a bit steep. I can't even rip out the pictures of Justin Bieber to stick on my wall.
The interface is a bit weird/hard work and you don't know what the massive downloads actually are until you download them. You should totally employ a usability designer as well as the superfluity of graphic designers.
