Love West Sussex makes it easier for residents to report community concerns regarding the environment and the highway. This might include potholes, damaged, dirty or missing signs, cracked, broken or uneven paving slabs or weather related conditions such as fallen trees and flooding.
You can make a report in three easy steps:
1) See the problem and take a photo.
2) Check the location (which is detected for you automatically).
3) Pick a report category, and submit
Your report will be sent to the relevant authority and you can be kept informed of progress in a variety of ways, including text and email messages and the Love Clean Streets web site (love.westsussex.gov.uk)
Love West Sussex is part of the Love Clean Streets network.
In app message from West Sussex County Council and Love Clean Streets.

Used to be good
When I first installed this app it worked well and the reports were updated and you felt like you were being listened to.
The app is now full of bugs. I got other people's reports showing on my screen. More importantly the reports I have entered are either ignored or closed without any update or actual work being carried out.
In summary don't bother with this app. Instead write letters, phone departments, write emails until you get a response.
I agree with the other reviewer USED to be so much easier to see if the problem (often potholes) had been seen and what action had been issued. Can’t see if the report has even loaded... problems with verifying email and mobile too. Please sort it out it’s a really useful app without the glitches!
Validate email never arrives, and others
It asked me to enter e-mail to validate, but it didn’t arrive. Checked junk, nothing.. so I thought I’d try registering my phone. Only, it wouldn’t allow me to type anything in that field. Not a good start.
Had a look at the rest of the app, and saw at the bottom of the privacy section it said ‘click the link below for more details’. There was no link there.
So, all-in-all, this app doesn’t work at all and clearly has not been tested or sight checked.
