So difficult to use!
It is so complicated to use. Have had it for6 months and never been able to use it either to get credit for things or to purchase with it,even after I entered my card info on it. I tried to use it to pay for my meal and it wouldn’t work. The waiters couldn’t understand how to use it and even the manager gave up. I used to get my coffee there on the way to work every day and eat there all the time. The app for Ole & Steen is sooo much easier to use, now I go there!
Simply doesn’t work
Doesn’t work when trying to pay which makes the loyalty scheme redundant. None of the other features work either, eg trying to order or see previous orders. Pointless app.
Limited, needs improving
The design and UI looks good which is a shame because it's a very limited app, missing quite a few things. No avo toast or tartines and there is no matcha option. It would also be great to see "soup" but as it changes daily I doubt that will ever happen. Basically haven't been able to use because nothing I order is on there!
