Time wasters

Was enjoying game. Would not play against computer as dice is definitely rigged. Like playing multi player, but get fed up of waiting for someone to take their turn, only for game to do it for them and get a number they need. Happens a lot. Started to note that players use this when losing and also if not getting anywhere will leave game. If dice were more random and players kicked off quicker for wasting time, might be better. Also cannot understand whips other players have unlimited emojis and I am only able to get text. Emojis better as they are universal language. Other than than this I love game.

Update. Kept playing game as liked it, but problems not resolved and I have just played the worst game ever. Opponents were not moving their pieces, then mine would not move and would stay were they were. I did win, but did not enjoy one bit

Worst Customer Service

This was my favourite game. It is not my favourite anymore. After contacting them and discovering how bad their customer service is. I am utterly disgusted. I have started spending money on this game. On two different accounts. I play this on my desktop and it has stopped working all of a sudden. They do not even ask for pictures and videos of the error or take any concern about the bug report I am making. They just suggest I log in to Facebook or use their browser version. I do not use Facebook. Also their browser version does not have all the coins and membership I have purchased with them. They do not deserve the 1 bil. I can also confirm with you all that the game is slightly rigged. The way the dice rolls it is rigged to get you killed by the next person rolling unless you make the right choice. When you play 24/7 like me you will start to see the patterns and how the dice works. I suppose since the dice has these patterns you can use them to your benefit to win the game. It’s not real ludo though because the dice is not like a real life dice that depends on physical roll. They have walked away with my hard earned money. I requested a refund and they have not refunded. Now I have a ludo account full of money that I can’t use.

The dice is coded to generate random numbers & it can give you any set of random numbers ranging from 1-6. It works just like real Ludo. We can assure you that all the results you come across while playing are completely random.

Very occasional issue

Dear LudoKing, I faced today a problem while playing a tournament, the stake was 100,000 to win 640,000. There are total 8 players and 2-2 players have to play first. Rest 3 groups have finished their to play final but 1 group is not. We have an option to watch individual group play even though you are not part of it, which is really a good option luckily. Otherwise I would have not noticed this issue. I took chance to see their game why it is taking so long time. I have found that they are simply not killing each other’s coins even though they got many opportunities. They simply left us wait more than 30mins for just their game. Somehow one of them lost connection and then Ludo King has to move on behalf of one. Then the coin was killed. That’s surprising as I thought they are not going kill each other’s coin.
Please think about such scenarios and make life easy of others as there are 3 people waiting in the lobby simply these guys game to finish.
