Sadly I cannot give no stars. I ordered a dress last week - the company took my money immediately. I have had no email confirming my order - the order does not appear on ‘my area’ on the website. Customer services have been sent several emails from me, all have been ignored and not been answered. I am giving it one more day for the company to answer me and then I will get barclaycard to refund my money. Appalling company DO NOT USE.

Some glitches

I have used LUISAVIAROMA many times and have always been very satisfied with their service, products and delivery. They are a great company. Their app and website have some glitches. As a returning customer the site said both that my email was invalid and when I tried to reset my password that the email was already on their system. I reset with my wife’s email and then my postcode was invalid. I entered my data in several ways and the postcode was accepted only if it was the first item in my address to be entered. PayPal diverted to its Italian site twice and payment failed. Credit card payment glitched out too before finally working. Took an hour to buy the shoes which was annoying. Looking forward to delivery which I am sure will be fast and efficient as before. If I were the company I would have a conversation with my web provider.

No gift option at check out :( and the packaging isn’t great when they ship products. It’s super basic and it makes unboxing less fun. I do like their points system but I would go for MyTheresa instead just because it feels more luxe. They have this bright yellow box that’s so exciting and they include a thank you note and a really interesting quote by a different designer each time. I love it. This app is fine. No issues with using it but would like more added value from the shopping experience overall
