Where is the challenge in this new format?
What a pity you’ve changed the format so drastically. I was really enjoying solving puzzles at different levels and being able to play games I had missed. Each puzzle is now at the same level and easy to solve. I love word games and the challenge of increased difficulty. No real challenge now and am likely to give up because it is boring.

Very Good Game
I enjoy this game and try to complete the morning and evening challenges everyday. However some ads particularly Royal Match and Royal Kingdom are so annoying - they are too long (30/36 secs). I tend not to look or even switch off when they come on. Short ads 5/10 secs) are captivating. Hope something can be done about those two ads.

Good day! Thank you for your feedback. As you know, our game is free. Anyone can install our game on their smartphone and enjoy LunaCross free of charge. However, the creation of this game, its design, and all those wonderful puzzles that are already available to our players do not appear by themselves. Our game is worked on by a whole team of developers who, like all other people, need to have an income. We provide this income with advertising integrations. Unfortunately, we do not have direct control over the ads' duration. They are created by the companies that are advertised. We just display them the way they give them to us. On the other hand, we offer various options to remove the ads in the game store: daily, weekly, and monthly passes, which grant bonuses, unlimited energy, and remove ads. Also, there is a "No ads ever" option in the store if you wish to disable it permanently. Have a good day!
Love the game, but….
You now, on some days, have use the reveal random letters clue 3 times as one of the goals to reach to complete the daily challenges.
However these very rarely appear in the chests that you get & you will definitely never get 3 of them.
There isn’t even an option to buy more.
This makes completing the challenges some days impossible.
Can you please change this, as we can’t collect the stars for not completing this challenge through no fault of our own.
Even you are missing out on possible revenue by not giving the option to buy more.
